We are located on Vermont Route 12, one mile north of Woodstock village.

From Interstate 89 North bound

Take Exit 1 and  Rt 4 east toward Woodstock. In the village, take Rt 12 North toward Barnard. We are one mile past Billings Farm on the right.

From Barnard / Bethel area South bound

From Bethel village, follow Rt 107/12 to VT Rt 12. Take a left on to Rt 12 and follow it through Barnard toward Woodstock. We are on the left just before the Woodstock village. If you reach Billings Farm, you have gone too far.
